Why I started it
APEX001 TERMINAL brings market discovery and simulated investing into one workspace: find a stock, follow it in a watchlist, inspect its detail and practise an order using paper funds.
My contribution
Product direction and iterative interface reviews across markets, watchlists, stock detail and paper-order workflows. The project also covers English and Chinese interfaces and layouts for desktop, tablet and phone.
A problem worth solving
A stock can be listed even when no current quote is available. The project distinguishes listing coverage from quote coverage, labels delayed or stale prices and uses an isolated sample-data preview to check interface changes without touching real account state.
Where it stands
The public platform is available at apex001.xyz with Cloudflare-hosted account and market services. Trading uses simulated funds. The screens below document the product's design preview and demonstrate its workflows with sample data.
